There is no wrong carrier for our pigments as long as you are achieving the desired results. This is done with testing for your specific application. Best results will be achieved with a binder that cures to a clear film. We have tested numerous types of coatings for compatibility including:

• Moisture Cure Urethanes (MCU)
• Polyaspartics
• Polyureas
• Polyurethanes
• Solvent borne acrylic sealers
• Water borne acrylic sealer
• Water-based epoxies
Pigment loading is defined as a weight of pigment as a percent of the weight of the binder. Typically best results will be achieved with a pigment load of 2-4% which will be dependent on the thickness of the cured film and desired opacity.
